Good starter meditation

Love the voice over person. I have listen to a couple of these by this company and its a cut and paste for most of the material and the same dialog/script for various topics with a few changes. Wish it were more unique to each topic or title. Also wish there was a controller on the app to fast forward or rewind. It would be so helpful.
